  • Complete Mini-Movement Lesson 1

  • Set a baseline time for how long you can walk freely without pain. This doesn’t mean walk until you have pain. Find an amount of time that is not only comfortable, but enjoyable for you to walk.

  • Walk that time 4-6 days this week.

  • Journal Daily

  • Record yourself:

    • Walking: Side profile and towards/away from the camera

    • Playing: Side profile and towards/away from the camera

    • These are not for critique and you don’t have to share them with anyone. These are for you to rerecord in several weeks and observe what changes are taking place for you.
