Movement Lesson #9

This lesson is short and sweet. You will explore creating balance between your upper and lower body strength.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

Yourself and a mat.

If you have trouble bending over to touch the floor, you might want to have a chair, a couch, or a step available for this lesson.

As always... make sure to wear comfortable clothes. Remove jewelry, belts, or any other articles that might restrict your movement. Also remove your glasses.
