How Often To Do Lessons

This is mainly up to you. I encourage you to play with the best times (in the day and also in the week) to do lessons and how frequently.

I would advise against cramming all of a module's lessons in one day. If for some reason you feel you HAVE to do this, then make sure to take a few hours between to integrate. Remember, you're doing this to gain a better understanding or yourself, not to just check boxes on a list.

You can do a single lesson multiple times in a week if you liked it or if you didn't like it. Maybe you try a lesson and it's not feeling possible, so you come back to it again later in a week.

I find after you've tried a lesson, it's really helpful to spend a little time just before you go to sleep and right when you wake up remembering parts of the lesson. You don't have to remember every movement, but just the important takeaways for you.

Videos

 

After you record your videos using a camera (phone, ipad, other device, or old school camcorder), then you will upload your videos to YouTube. Depending on the device you used to record, you might be able to upload straight to YouTube.

However you do it just make sure to set your video to UNLISTED. Let me know if you need help. :)
