Movement Lesson #2
In this lesson, we will explore the connection of your shoulders to your torso.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
Just you and your mat! And enough space to lie comfortably.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes. Remove jewelry, belts, or any other articles that might restrict your movement. Also remove your glasses.
If sitting on the floor is not very comfortable for you: Use a folded towel (or 2) to elevate your butt. This can take some pressure off your hips and knees. If sitting on the floor is still too difficult, not to worry! Try the seated parts of this lesson sitting in a chair.
