SUCCESS STORIES

Everyday this week:

  1. Write down any observations you had during your movement lessons.

    • these could be thoughts or emotions that came up. Movement that seemed easy or movement that seemed hard. How the lessons made you feel afterward or even the next day.

  2. Write at least 3 Success Signs. These are any signs (big or small) that your goals are coming true.

    • Examples:

      • I put my socks on without experiencing pain this morning.

      • I ran a mile with no pain.

      • I played a show last night and woke up with less pain than normal.
