Things To Be Grateful For
Everyday this week:
Write down any observations you had during your movement lessons.
these could be thoughts or emotions that came up. Movement that seemed easy or movement that seemed hard. How the lessons made you feel afterward or even the next day.
Write down at least 3 things you are grateful for. They could be people, objects, places, experiences, opportunities, wins, or whatever else you can think of.
It's okay also to not feel grateful, and this in and of itself is something to feel grateful for.
Examples:
I'm grateful for my commitment to myself.
I'm grateful for supportive friends.
I'm grateful for the freedom to not feel grateful.
I'm grateful for cheese fries. :)
