Movement Lesson #11

In this lesson, you will explore the relationship of your legs, hips, and low back.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

You, a chair, your mat, and enough space to lie comfortably. You might need a pillow or towel to place between your knees.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes. Remove jewelry, belts, or any other articles that might restrict your movement. Also remove your glasses.
