Movement Lesson #12

This lesson is the conclusion of Four Points #1 from the previous module. Please make sure you've done that lesson before trying this one.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

Yourself and a mat.

If you have trouble bending over to touch the floor, you might want to have a chair, a couch, or a step available for this lesson.

As always... make sure to wear comfortable clothes. Remove jewelry, belts, or any other articles that might restrict your movement. Also remove your glasses.
