Module 4 - Start Here

It’s deload week! Deloading is a concept used in strength training where you take time to reduce your current weights or training frequency to allow time for more recovery. They don't stop moving completely, they just reduce the load they're working with.

We're going to use this week as an Information Deload Week. You've learned a ton of new information in a short amount of time, and I know you need a break. There's no lecture video for you to watch this week, but there are still two ATMs and one Mini Movement lesson. Use this week to rewatch a previous video, or rest and integrate.

You're doing great work. Next week, we start strength training!
