Movement Lesson #4

In this lesson, you will explore new ways for your ribs and abdomen to move to allow for better breathing.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

Just you and your mat! And enough space to lie comfortably.

Optional: Kneelers to be used as a headrest and also as cushion for your knees and elbows. Pillow(s), if you need support under your chest and belly when lying on your front.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes. Remove jewelry, belts, or any other articles that might restrict your movement. Also remove your glasses.
